RCW 19 (Gum 10)

RCW 19 (also known as GUM 10) can be found in the constellation of Puppis and is part of a 200 thousand solar mass giant molecular cloud related to the Pup OB3 association and the O7f III giant star HD 69464. It is estimated to be about 3400pc distance.
