Reflection & Dark Nebulae. Open Cluster. Vulpecula

June 2024. Cave Creek Canyon Observatory, Arizona Sky Village

Lynd’s Bright Nebula 134 (LBN 134), and also known as Vdb 126, is a small and relatively faint Reflection Nebula in the constellation of Vulpecula. It can be seen is this wider field view just to the right and below center. The field is dominated by the rich Milky Way star fields, and also by a number of Dark Nebulae. At the top-center of the image is NGC 6800, an Open Cluster which almost blends into the background of the many Milky Way stars.
